High density and good wear resistance.

High refractoriness and high softening temperature.

5.Sillimanite Brick

1)Sillimanite Brick Feature

High temperature of softening

Good thermal shock performance

High temperature volume stability, low creep rate

Coke Oven Masonry and Precautions

1.First, the quality of the furnace lining brick itself must meet the standard requirements.

2.The masonry of the working layer should be integrated masonry.

3.When building the masonry, follow the principle of “close, back, and strict”. The fire bricks should be tightly closed. The refractory brick joints should be less than 3-6mm, but the expansion joints must be left.

4.The bottom of the furnace should be kept level.

5.the regenerative dry refractory bricks should be aligned with the upper and lower holes.

6.For the regenerative type, ramp area, carbonization room and furnace roof, pay attention to the masonry number during construction.

7.The brickwork is made of “squeezing method” to ensure the refractory mud is full.

8.After the masonry is completed, the joint joint is double-stitched.

Coke Oven Lining Routine Maintenance

1.Lay the coke oven lining according to the construction standard to ensure the quality of the furnace.

2. Strict control of the oven process, in accordance with the heating curve oven, prohibiting the temperature rise too fast, affecting the service life of the lining.

3.Normally enter the production state after the oven.

4.Standard operation of daily positions, implementation of push-focusing plan, strengthening of furnace temperature management, and timely cleaning of graphite on the furnace wall.

5.Control the coking time and stabilize the number of cokes.

6.Determine the reasonable management of the iron parts of the furnace.

7. Optimize the charge to reduce the erosion of the inferior charge on the lining.
